Biography
Alicia Del Pardo is a new business manager at Pan-American Development Foundation—a non-profit dedicated to supporting equal opportunities, peace, and justice across the Americas.
As a new business manager, Ms. Del Pardo leads strategic positioning, business capture, and proposal activities that lead to funding PADF projects in Latin America and the Caribbean.
With over 10 years of experience in organizational development, she has supported non-governmental, non-profit, and for-profit organizations in achieving their business goals.

My goal is to learn from and expand a network of peers dedicated to community building and prosperity. Â
Currently, I manage developing opportunities in Colombia and Haiti and prospective opportunities in Mexico and El Salvador. Each of these includes components of economic development, research and development, and security considerations.
In between the focus on international opportunities, I enjoy brainstorming and problem solving with local and national entrepreneurs.
