Gillian started at NOCCI as an intern in 2002 and began full time after graduating from Elon University with a dual degree in Business Marketing & Accounting. She is VP of Internal Operations and Senior Operations Manager. She handles everything from HR and Finance to the Day-To-Day Operations of the company. She also executes events and sponsor activations for our corporate clients, as well as manages the building of the Mardi Gras reviewing stands.
