With expertise in the fields of Neuroscience, Commercial Promotion, Customs Administration, International Trade, Supply Chain and Logistics, Strategic Planning, Project Management, and Marketing. Former Project Manager of the Costa Rica Services Summit Trade Show, promoter of innovation in logistics between Central America and Mexico by fostering new models to consolidate shipments for SME´s in one single country. Andrew also has added value to Costa Rica in Foreign Direct Investment Promotion Initiatives, demand driven projects, in the introduction of new trade in services sub-sectors abroad like sustainable engineering and architecture, softlanding programs for IT companies who wanted to settled down in international markets and last but not least a proactive role in a different number of war rooms created to mitigate the impact of Covid 19 on export SME´s. Andrew holds a MSc. in Information Systems from Texas A&M Commerce and a Bsc. in International Trade & Customs Administration from the Universidad de Costa Rica. Also holds certificate programs in India and Souh Afrika for SME development.
