I am currently working in the Sonora State Government at the Ministry of Economy, as an Investment Promoter. My responsibilities are orientated to the project management of new large manufacturing investments, cultivating strong working relationships with internal decision-makers and functional groups.

I am responsible for the complete investments deal cycle, including sourcing, financial modeling, due diligence, negotiations, incentives agreements, and closure.  I am the direct contact between the company and the State for any matter.  I am also the Director of the Sonora Institute for Aerospace and Advanced Manufactur (SIAAM), a training center dedicated for new aerospace investments. I have a Master Degree in Strategic Business Development by Formato Educativo / Universidad de Cadiz, and a Bachelor Degree in International Affairs by Universidad del Valle de Mexico.
