Please explain the reasons marked in the previous questions Main reasons for why are you interested in joining the ACE Seattle program. Please be concise. The BCCI collaborates with regional and extra-regional organisations, investors and business entities towards exploring opportunities that will support the growth and continued resilience of Barbados and other small island developing states across the region. Participating in ACE Panama will serve to: 1. Assist with identifying strategic partnerships with other Chambers of Commerce, business and innovation entities, etc. within the ACE network that can be leveraged to enhance the business eco-system in Barbados. 2. Continue to explore trade and investment partnerships, cutting-edge trends and best practices that will assist the Barbados Chamber as we continue to play a critical role in support the building of a sustainable and vibrant business/private sector and ecosystem in Barbados. 3. Gain a more in-depth knowledge of the ACE programme to assist in building out a proposed strategy/road map for the Barbados Chamber to host the first ACE Caribbean Competitiveness Programme here in Barbados in partnership with the Government of Barbados. 4. Continue to make new connections through the LAC Investment Network which was a positive outcome of my participation in ACE Ecuador in November 2022. The objective of the group is to share best practices and promote a more organic leads for trade and investment opportunities between our countries.
