Biography
David Abreu, Director of Industrial Development, Ministry of Industry, Trade and SMEs. Leadership positions in project management related to digital transformation with projects like the “Advanced Digital Self-Diagnostic Tool Service” for the manufacturing sector and promotion of triple helix alliances between the government, the academy and the industry with the “University+Industry Program”. Previous experience in logistics, exports, and international purchases for flexible packaging companies and for free trade zone industries as former logistics coordinator. Master’s in supply chain management from the Industrial Organization School of Spain (EOI) and studies in International Economics from the Academy of International Economic Affairs of Taiwan.

Due to the diverse projects running in our institution in areas related to digital transformation, circular economic, clean energy and promotion of alliances between the government, the academy and the industry, the ACE event take big relevance for us, be able to know the international experiences in these fields of knowledge will allow our institution to develop public policies aliening to the industries necessities.
