Laura del Castillo, Technical Director, Dominican Republic Competitiveness Council Lawyer, Career Public servant with a Master in High Public Management, from the PUCMM and the Ecole National d’Administration (ENA) of France, she has training on International Migrations (OIM), Argentina 2003; a Specialty in Trade Diplomacy from INESDyC and graduated in Corporate Governance, Competitive Strategy, Electronic Government, Trade Negotiations and Intellectual Property. Was part of the Official Trade Negotiation Team of the DR, has experience promoting trade, enforcing business climate legal reforms processes and coordinating public-private initiatives. She is currently the Technical Director of the Dominican Republic Competitiveness Council.
