Ms. Casey serves as the President and CEO of AREA, the Metro area nonprofit economic development organization for greater Albuquerque. Casey, President & CEO, Albuquerque Regional Economic Alliance Ms. Casey serves as the President & CEO of the Albuquerque Regional Economic Alliance serving the four-county MSA of the greater Albuquerque, New Mexico region. Previously, she served as the Executive Vice President for the Greater Sacramento Economic Council but got her start in Arizona serving in the City of Maricopa as its first economic development director and assistant city manager, and later as Economic Development Director for the City of Scottsdale. She is a Certified Economic Developer (CEcD) and a Certified Economic Development Finance Professional (EDFP) and serves on the Governance Committee of the Board of the International Economic Development Council.
