Adriana serves as the Assistant Director for Business Development at Arlington Economic Development (AED), situated in one of the most vibrant hubs in the United States, just minutes away from Washington, D.C. In her role, she fosters partnerships between Arlington and international entities, connecting businesses with key players in sectors such as AI, aerospace, cybersecurity, and fintech. Prior to this, she worked at the Organization of American States (OAS) for over 15 years, where she spearheaded strategic programs and built cooperation networks. Adriana is passionate about women’s leadership and promoting Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI).
