I am Octavio Arzate, CEO of Luhulaa Tradiciones de Mexico and Luhulaa Mezcal, an entrepreneurial project focused on gastronomy and mezcal from Oaxaca, Mexico. Our goal is to preserve, enrich, and share Mexico’s original traditions. I am working to expand our mezcal exports to the US and Europe, having won a Double Gold award at the 2024 SWSC in San Francisco and been listed in Forbes as one of the top 31 mezcals in the world. Previously, I founded a restaurant-bar in Queretaro, Mexico, and served as Financial Manager for a leading automotive company developing emergency vehicles across Mexico and South America.
