
Rafael Rocha, General-Coordinator for Extraregional Negotiations at the Ministry for Development, Industry, Trade and Services. He has been a Foreign Trade Analyst since 2009 and holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the University of Brasília and a Master’s degree in International Political Economy from King’s College London. Currently, he oversees Mercosur’s extraregional trade agreements, coordinating with government agencies, bloc partners, and representatives from the private sector, academia, and civil society. Rafael has extensive experience in international negotiations, focusing on market access, trade facilitation, and bilateral and regional cooperation initiatives.
