John Vasken Achoukian, Executive in Residence at MATTER, supports healthcare startups by providing guidance on product development, fundraising, and business strategies. He advises multiple startups, especially those leveraging AI to improve healthcare. He also serves on the steering committee of Together.Health, focusing on mapping the US health innovation ecosystem. Previously, he directed a startup accelerator at the University of Arizona. John holds a BA in Political Science from Wayne State University and a Master’s in Healthcare Innovation from Arizona State University.
