Wesley Alexander Hill is the Lead Analyst and International Program Manager for the Energy, Growth, and Security Program at the International Tax and Investment Center. His work focuses on the geoeconomics of energy and foreign policy, with a special emphasis on Chinese influence in Central Asia and the South Caucasus. Wesley has been a CLFP fellow at the National Bureau of Asian Research and is a regular contributor to VOA.
