Vrej Barkhordarian, PhD, MBA, is the Director of Device Engineering at SemiQ. He is a senior-level technical leader with 30 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, specializing in power device and power module packaging design, process integration, and technology development. His mission is to define and execute product vision and technology roadmaps for SiC power semiconductor devices and modules ranging from 650V to 1700V. He co-founded OPC Microelectronics, which was later acquired by APEC in 2018.
