Investment. Alma holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a BA in Economics from the University of Arizona, and recently completed her AZEDPro Certification in economic development

I would like to join the ACE Córdoba program to build on the success of the International Trade & Investment Academy, which received both the IEDC Gold Award and the AAED Golden Prospector Award. My goal is to expand this model beyond Mexico into Argentina, strengthening U.S.–Argentina trade and investment relations. As an International Trade & Investment Specialist for the City of Tucson, I have led binational forums and trade missions, including in Mexico City with Turkish businesses, and served as a speaker at the SelectUSA Mexico Conference. Fluent in English, Spanish, Portuguese, and Italian, I bring a multicultural perspective and a strong commitment to cross-border collaboration. Recognized as a Tucson 40 Under 40 Honoree and a certified AZEDPro professional, I aim to leverage the ACE Córdoba experience to expand partnerships, exchange best practices, and apply innovative strategies that will benefit both Arizona and Argentina.
