Enrique Topolansky Nese, Director, Centro de Innovación y Emprendimientos (CIE), Universidad ORT Uruguay Enrique Topolansky is the Director of the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Universidad ORT Uruguay, where he leads programs that foster innovation, startup creation, and digital transformation. He has spearheaded national initiatives such as Arena Emprendedora, Women Punta Summit, and Emprendedores 4.0, empowering entrepreneurs and strengthening the innovation ecosystem in Uruguay. Enrique has also collaborated with international partners including OurCrowd (Israel) and the Latin American Development Bank (CAF) to launch accelerators and innovation hubs across the region. Previously, he held leadership roles in the private sector and has been a mentor for numerous startups and innovation-driven projects. He holds a Master’s degree in Innovation and Entrepreneurship and has over 20 years of experience promoting economic development through technology, education, and entrepreneurship.
