Professional graduate from the Faculty of Law at the Universidad San Martín de Porres, with strong professional skills
and experience in civil, procedural, arbitration, and commercial law. She holds master’s degrees in Civil Law and Public
Management, and has extensive experience in leadership positions. My professional career has been primarily
developed in the public sector, where she has gained knowledge not only in procedural matters but also in
administrative law. She has held various positions in public administration, including serving as Public Attorney of the
National Superintendence of State Assets for approximately 4 years and 9 months, Supervisor of the Civil Area in the
Office of the Public Attorney of the Office of the Comptroller General of the Republic for 2 years, Senior Attorney at the
Legal Advisory Office of the Ministry of Education, and currently serves as Director General of the Legal Advisory Office
of the National Institute of Agricultural Innovation (INIA), under the Ministry of Agriculture.
My interest in participating in the ACE Córdoba program lies in strengthening the institutional capacities of the National
Institute of Agricultural Innovation (INIA) in the areas of innovation, digitalization, and knowledge management within
the agricultural sector. I consider this program a valuable opportunity for exchanging experiences and identifying
innovative solutions applicable to the challenges of Peruvian agriculture, particularly in promoting sustainability and the
inclusion of small-scale producers. Furthermore, INIA’s participation will help establish strategic alliances with leading
institutions in the region, contributing to the strengthening of technical cooperation and to the improvement of
institutional management oriented toward results.
