International Relations specialist and Master in International Business from Universidad Francisco Marroquín, with an
MBA from Universidad de Cádiz. With over 15 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate across
Guatemala and Central America, she is Founding Partner and Director of the Housing Division at her company,
specializing in real estate services, relocation, and special project commercialization. Her passion for guild work and
strengthening the business ecosystem has led her to key leadership positions. She currently serves as President of
CACIF Joven, re-elected for 2025-2026, working to integrate young entrepreneurs into a strengthened business
ecosystem. She is also Founding President of the Businesswomen’s Committee at the Chamber of Industry, promoting
women’s participation in merit-based decision-making spaces. Previously, she served as President of the Real Estate
Professionals Guild (GPI). Her leadership vision focuses on building solid business networks and contributing to
national development through empowering new generations of entrepreneurs. She firmly believes that guild
collaboration and ecosystem strengthening are fundamental for Guatemala’s sustainable growth, demonstrating that business success can be combined with social commitment and national development.
