Julian Arias Varela, Viceminister of Business Development and Regulatory Improvement at the Ministry of Economy, Industry, and Trade (MEIC). In the area of SMEs, he promotes the competitive and sustainable strengthening of SMEs through the development of various technical assistance support projects and programs for the industry, trade, and services sectors. He holds a Master’s degree in Applied Political Studies from the International and Ibero-American Foundation for Administration and Public Policies (FIIAPP) in Madrid, Spain, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on International Trade.
