Timothy E. Kelley serves as President and CEO of IVEDC, where he leads strategic economic development initiatives to enhance regional economic vitality. His focus includes attracting foreign direct investment, promoting innovation, and supporting entrepreneurship throughout the Imperial Valley and the Cali-Baja Bi-National Mega-Region, a cross-border initiative he helped establish to integrate Southern California and Baja California, Mexico. His work advances international trade and strengthens economic ties across the U.S.-Mexico border. He is also a member of the U.S. Department of Commerce San Diego Imperial District Export Council, and a member of the Board of Directors of CALED. Kelley earned his Bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts and Sciences from the Annenberg School for Communication at the University of Southern California and studied abroad in Morelia, Mexico.
