Vanessa Fajardo, COO, Camino As COO at Camino, Vanessa leads go‑to‑market, corridor partnerships, and the
build‑out of a compliance‑first logistics decision engine formalizing agro‑fishing supply chains in northern Peru. Her
work targets economic development through SME formalization, digital traceability, and embedded‑finance pilots with
transporters and exporters. Previously, she spent four years in venture capital across Europe and the U.S., evaluating
150+ startups and leading >US$40M in investments, experience she applies to product rigor, KPI instrumentation, and
fundraising strategy. She is an angel investor and international speaker. Vanessa holds a double MSc in
Entrepreneurship & Innovation from Nova School of Business & Economics (Financial Times 2025: #4 worldwide),
awarded on a merit scholarship. A Piura native now based in Piura, she leverages deep local networks to execute a
capital‑light regional expansion.
We’d like to attend and pitch at ACE Córdoba to pressure‑test Camino’s corridor pilots and open Argentina for capital
and partners. Our concrete targets: 10–15 one‑on‑one meetings; a vetted shortlist of 10 Argentine VCs/angels and 2–4
grant programs; 3 incubator visits with 5 ecosystem leads; and 2–3 interviews with cooperatives/logistics operators tied
to agro‑export corridors. Success looks like 1–2 LOIs/MOUs, plus a post‑event playbook to adapt Córdoba’s incubation
and public‑private models to our compliance‑first B2B marketplace. Stretch goals: secure a soft‑landing/incubation slot
in Argentina (Q1‑2026), kick off one cross‑border pilot, and set the path to expand across LATAM by 2027.
