Eng. M.Sc. Vladimir Cáceres Salazar has been working as a researcher, developer, and innovator. An Agronomical
Engineer, in 2008 he received his Master’s degree in Computer Science and Informatics from the National University
Santiago Antúnez de Mayolo. He also completed a Master’s program in Sustainable Agriculture at the National Agrarian
University La Molina. He is currently working on his doctoral thesis in Information Technologies at Atlantic International
University – USA. His main lines of research are: Information Technologies for agriculture and health, design and
evaluation of productive projects, precision agriculture, machine learning for agriculture, and R&D&I management. He
has carried out international internships in Spain, Chile, Mexico, and the USA.
My interest in joining the ACE Córdoba program is based on the opportunity to strengthen my competencies in
innovation, entrepreneurship, and international cooperation, with the aim of transferring this knowledge to the
agricultural sector in Peru. I believe that the experience and the network of contacts generated through the program will
enrich my work in applied research, technological development, and the management of R&D projects focused on
sustainable and digital agriculture. In addition, I seek to contribute with my background as a researcher and consultant
in information technologies applied to agriculture, precision agriculture, and the design of productive projects.
Participating in this program will allow me to contrast international experiences, share best practices, and co-create
solutions that foster inclusive and sustainable development, ensuring a strong alignment between the program’s
objectives and the needs of the agricultural sector in my country.
