Silvana Pappalardo, Directora General de Desarrollo Regional – Between 2018 and 2023, she served as the focal point of the Technical Teams of the Public Employment Service and the High-Level Group of the MERCOSUR Employment Growth Strategy – GANEMPLE of SGT No. 10 on Labor, Employment, and Social Security Affairs of MERCOSUR. In 2018, she led and coordinated the creation of the Entrepreneur Training Center of the Ministry of Labor, Employment, and Social Security, establishing its entire structure and training methodologies for entrepreneurs. In addition, she led the development processes of plans and projects related to employment, job training, and entrepreneurship. Currently, she serves as the Director General of Regional Development, overseeing the nine regional offices of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, working jointly and in coordination with all the vice ministries under the MIC, municipalities, governorates, chambers of industry and commerce, and other public and private institutions.
