Partnership opportunities:
The work we do at Cambium Carbon is to create local regenerative supply chains at scale. We are always looking for new partners (cities, suppliers, and buyers) to establish this model in new locations. Additionally, I am launching the Carbon Smart Wood ™ Challenge and am looking to join ACE to find new members in the Americas to strengthen this initiative and learn best practices from participants. The goal is to establish new project locations for the implementation of our circular economy model working with for-profit, non-profit, and public sectors and to establish new partners to join the Carbon Smart Wood ™ Challenge. In addition to inviting others into our initiatives and projects, I am eager to learn from participants working in sustainability, economic development and workforce development, and circular economies.
Offer:
I have an extensive network in Colorado as well as connections across the US that I would be happy to extend to fellow participants. From leading business development support organizations in the past and being a part of a startup now, I have a deep expertise in entrepreneurship support and regional economic development. My current and previous work deals with public-private partnerships and collaborative initiatives that I can share with the group. Additionally, my current work is in circular economies and can share expertise in this area as well as expand networks for others in this sector. As previously mentioned, I have projects in which I am actively seeking out new partners to participate in and ACE is the perfect group to offer these opportunities. I’ve also spoken at and hosted an ACE event last year.
Main areas of work:
- Economic Planning
- Entrepreneurship
- Sustainability and Conservation
- Inclusive and Equitable Economic Development
