As the State of Washington’s Lead for Maritime Industry, I am looking to grow partnerships and business opportunities that are equally beneficial to Ecuador and Washington State, particularly but not exclusively in the maritime industry (fishing, ports and infrastructure and energy). Having also worked in private industry for 20 years, I understand and value public-private partnerships, and hope the ACE program will provide new relationship-building opportunities.
