Specific goals for my participation: Start a New Project: I would like to participate to be able to learn about the technological development of companies and organizations in the different visits, it will allow me to observe the way in which innovation and technological development are managed in Ecuador and thus link it to the process of training students in Honduras.[expand title=”Read more…”] Seek Academic Partnership for R&D, Student and Research Exchanges: being able to identify the relationship between production processes and technological development and innovation, to seek to identify possibilities for academic exchange of teachers and students for R&D projects. Identify Entrepreneurs and Companies in Ecuador that could be invited to my country: I’m interested in meeting with those responsible for managing innovation from different companies and being able to learn about the tools and processes they use. In the same way, I would like to know how companies manage financing and cooperation networks for the innovation process. Identify Experts for a Project or a Conference: the university where I work is developing a business incubator, so I would be interested in knowing the methodology used by universities in Ecuador for the development of enterprises. Also, every year we organize the Educational Innovation Conference, so I’m interested in identifying experts to give lectures at the event.
