H.E. Raul Florentin Antola

H.E. Raul Florentin Antola is Paraguay’s Permanent Representative to the Organization of American States (OAS) and concurrent Ambassador to The Bahamas and Saint Kitts and Nevis. In his current role, he represents Paraguay in the principal organs of the OAS, participating in multilateral negotiations, promoting regional cooperation, and advancing initiatives related to economic development, innovation, and entrepreneurship across the Americas. His work includes engaging in policy dialogue, fostering partnerships, and supporting programs that enhance trade, investment, and institutional capacity. He previously served as Ambassador of Paraguay to Japan and Germany, where he strengthened bilateral economic relations and cooperation frameworks. He also held senior national positions, including Director of the Investment and Export Network (REDIEX) at the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, and Director General of Protocol at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

I want to gain the whole experience as participant in ACE, to learn about the content and the logistics in its organization. The Government of Paraguay wants to host an ACE for the first time in its history in the next 12 months. Success would mean ACE is held in Paraguay during that time.
