the Organization of American States (OAS) that connects high-level authorities, top decision-makers, and key stakeholders from the public, private, and academic sectors from the Americas and beyond to promote policy dialogue and collaboration opportunities on competitiveness, innovation and technology, and economic development.<\/p><p>Top leaders participating in the Network engage in hands-on demonstrations, meaningful exchanges of information, and exchange of good practices and tools. By sharing models that work, stakeholders can inspire others to boost their ideas and projects; develop new knowledge, concepts, and skills; and develop long-term partnerships.<\/p><p>The OAS, as RIAC\u2019s Technical Secretariat, provides multiple spaces for in-person and virtual interactions available for country leaders and key stakeholders,
