Aaron Van Alstine

Aaron Van Alstine is Senior Program Manager for Climate Resilience at PADF, based in Washington, DC. With over 20 years of experience in Latin America and the Caribbean, he leads regional efforts on disaster resilience, marine protection, sustainable fisheries, and waste management. His projects mobilize private investment and CSR to support inclusive development. Prior to PADF, he worked across Central and South America on labor, social services, and peacebuilding programs. He holds a Master’s in Law and Diplomacy from The Fletcher School at Tufts University and is fluent in English and Spanish.
