Alik Sargsyan is Head of the EU Programmes Administration Office at the Ministry of Economy of Armenia. He coordinates strategic EU assistance tools such as Twinning and TAIEX and manages €500 million in programs supporting 30,000 SMEs under the Eastern Partnership Initiative. He also oversees EU-RA CEPA-related activities. With over a decade of experience in economic development, he has held key positions in tourism policy, international cooperation, and project management. He previously served as Coordinating Adviser to the Tourism Committee and Marketing Coordinator at the Armenian Tourism Development Foundation. He holds an MA in Political Science and International Affairs from the American University of Armenia and a BA in International Relations and Diplomacy from Yerevan State University.
