Angeles Vela is CEO of Csoftmty, the IT cluster of Nuevo León. For nearly 10 years she has led the cluster’s vision to be a world leader in IT solutions and digital innovation. Key focus areas include Digital Talent, AI, Strategic Markets, and Gender Inclusion. She has worked on roadshows with the IDB, partnerships with Texas, youth coding programs, and women-in-tech initiatives. She holds a degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering and an MBA.
