Susana Lau

Susana Lau is CEO & Founder of EtyaLab and Chair of IEEE Panama. She is a tech entrepreneur and semiconductor advocate, with projects in startup development, entrepreneurship promotion, and engineering leadership. A returning ACE participant (Michigan 2023), she has led initiatives on sales strategy, soft-landing programs, and collaborations with IDB and IEC Coalition. She holds multiple leadership certifications and promotes Panama as a tech innovation hub.
