Elizabeth Tikoyan

Elizabeth Tikoyan is the Founder and CEO of Healp, a platform revolutionizing patient communities by bridging clinical gaps and improving research enrollment. She leads Healp’s efforts to connect individuals with chronic and rare conditions, enabling peer support and clinical engagement. Recognized by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and Senator Mark Warner, her work has received national attention, including awards such as Technically Invention of the Year and features in 70+ media outlets. She graduated with honors from the University of Virginia, is a Harvard Business School SVMP Fellow, and was selected by National Geographic Women of Impact.
