Carlos Edilson de Almeida Maneschy

Carlos Maneschy is a professor of Mechanical Engineering at the Federal University of Pará (UFPA) with a PhD from the University of Pittsburgh. He has held senior positions including UFPA President and Secretary of Science, Technology, and Innovation. As President of PRODEPA, he leads an ambitious submarine cable project for Amazon connectivity.
