Dr. Sandra Marín Ruiz has over 20 years of experience in global economic development. As AVP for Innovation and Business Development at FAU, she oversees high-impact programs that have led to $200M+ in awards. With a background in academia, public policy, and entrepreneurship, she is a leader in innovation ecosystems, international trade, and community engagement. She holds a Doctorate in Education, an MPA, a Master in International Trade, and an Industrial Engineering degree.
