Artur Grigoryan, Deputy Chief of Mission, Embassy of Armenia to the U.S. Artur Grigoryan has had different roles (Legal Advisor, Expert at the Standing Committee on European Integration) in the Parliament of Armenia from 2001 to 2009. In 2011 was involved as a Consultant at the Center for Agribusiness and Rural Development and was responsible for identifying obstacles hindering cross-border trade between Armenia and Georgia. Joined foreign service of Armenia in August 2011. Has been posted to the Permanent Mission of Armenia to the UN Office in Geneva. In February 2022 started job at the Embassy of Armenia to the U.S., where he is responsible for political and economic relations between Armenia and the United States. Has a Diploma in Law from the Yerevan State University, an MA in Political Science from the American University of Armenia, and an MA in European Studies from the University of Graz. Completed an Advanced Certificate Program on Public Policy and Public Administration at the Fletcher School of Diplomacy at Tufts University.
