By interacting with experts in technology, finance, and policy, I can gain fresh perspectives that will inform my strategic decisions within the cluster. Best Practices Exchange: Learning from successful Michigan-based initiatives will allow me to identify scalable models for fostering innovation and entrepreneurship. These insights can be directly applied to our local digital transformation projects. Global Market Expansion: Our goal is to empower small local tech companies to compete globally. Through ACE, I aim to explore strategies for international expansion, including market research, partnerships, and export readiness. Policy Alignment: Understanding Michigan’s policies and regulatory environment will help me advocate for favorable conditions in Ecuador.
