Julia Proto

Julia Proto is Executive Director of the Uruguay Innovation Hub, a public-private partnership that promotes science-based entrepreneurship, innovation, and investment in deep tech and sustainability. With a background in project management and investment facilitation, she collaborates with Uruguay XXI and the Ministry of Industry, Energy, and Mining. She holds degrees in International Business, Political Science, and a Master’s in International Political Economy from Warwick University.
