John Vasken Achoukian

John Achoukian is a healthcare innovation leader with nearly 20 years of experience in market analysis, product-market fit, and go-to-market strategy. As Executive-in-Residence at MATTER and founder of Enterprise Solved LLC, he advises healthtech companies on scaling, data integration, and operational efficiency. He also serves as Senior Consultant with CWH Advisors (Boston) and as Industry Project Lead at XLR8 PBC (Phoenix Bioscience Core in Arizona), focusing on economic development and healthtech acceleration. Previously, he held roles at UnitedHealth Group, Dignity Health, and Accenture. He holds a Master’s in Healthcare Innovation from Arizona State University and a Bachelor’s in Political Science from Wayne State University.
