Representing Canada as an Inclusion track Policy Taskforce lead for the G20 Young Entrepreneurs Alliance, Candies is at the forefront of shaping policies that embrace diversity and empower underrepresented communities. With her two-time alumna status in the U.S. State Department’s International Visitor’s Leadership Program, she continues to bridge cultures and foster global understanding. Candies isn’t just a speaker – she’s a catalyst for change. Through her advocacy for learning exchange programs, she champions workforce development, ensuring that opportunities are accessible to all, regardless of background. In her role as a thought leader on Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), Candies collaborates with partners to drive equitable funding reform for nonprofits, ensuring that resources are allocated where they’re needed most. Her dedication to equity and inclusion serves as a beacon of hope for aspiring changemakers worldwide.

Workforce development for economic growth is a key feature in the NGO that I founded. I’m particularly interested in exploring the opportunities for learning exchange programs at the intersection of manufacturing and industry 4.0; given that I love and work in the border city of Windsor, which is a manufacturing hub.
