My name is Erika Martinez. I have a masters degree on local development. Currently, I am the manager of ADET from Plan Trifinio, El Salvador. I have been working here for the last 10 years in which I´ve been responsible for the leading of different projects in: economical empowerment of women, entrepreneurship, sustainable tourism, environmental projects, and so forth. My main gol is to train people in the communities to be productive and optimize their resources without harming the environment; mainly, in the projects, I provide people with the tools or seed capital for the startup of their initiatives. Also, I have work in tourism organizing more than 5 committees helping them stablished and reinforced their entrepreneurships of companies to provide a better service in harmony with environment. Besides, I have all the expertise not only developing projects but writing them down and a plain knowledge of the Trifinio Territory.
